Pure Water Cleaning

Pure Water Cleaning for elevated exterior glass.

Brite-Way uses professional Pure Water Cleaning systems to clean commercial exterior glass from the ground where the property and access make it the right method.

How it works

Highly purified water leaves less behind.

Pure Water Cleaning removes minerals and dissolved solids from the supply water before it reaches the glass. Specialized brushes agitate the surface and purified water rinses away the soil.

Why purified water matters

Because the rinse water has been purified, it can dry without the mineral spotting associated with ordinary tap water.

Access

Reach upper glass from the ground.

For suitable commercial properties, pole systems can reach elevated exterior windows while reducing the need for ladders or lifts on routine work.

Best fit

Multi-story commercial glass, office buildings, schools, medical properties and larger storefronts.

Not a replacement for everything

We still use traditional tools where they make more sense.

Pure Water Cleaning is one tool in the system. Interior glass, detail work and some exterior conditions are better handled with traditional window-cleaning methods.

Method selection

Brite-Way chooses the cleaning method based on the glass, soil, access, and project requirements.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions.

Is Pure Water Cleaning the same as using a hose?

No. The water is processed to remove dissolved minerals before being used on the glass.

Does the glass need to be squeegeed afterward?

When the system and conditions are appropriate, purified rinse water is designed to dry without mineral spotting.

Can it reach upper-story windows?

Yes. One of its main advantages is cleaning elevated exterior glass from the ground on suitable properties.

Do you use Pure Water Cleaning on every job?

No. Traditional tools are still the better choice for many interior and detail-cleaning situations.
